I know what you mean. I get overwhelmed at times, too, and I have to stop and remind myself that if I let things go for another day or 2, the world will not come crashing down. I CAN take a breather from time and time and regroup and recharge myself and then I will be better for the family after that.

I hope you can find a way to recharge and come back anew!

I want to see how your aquarium turns out! Love your journals this week and that you found your intended subject. The blue one is very pretty. We have blue damselflies here but that looks like a dragonfly. Insects make me crazy when I try to identify and I know it just because I don’t spend enough time doing it. Someday….

Hoping to get to the wrap up tomorrow. I did some preliminary searching and it seems that centipede will be a bit difficult to pin down exactly. I’ve not found another image that looks exactly like it. Lots similar. But nothing exact.

Those are some awesome insects! I think it is great that when you are focused on one subject, you allow other interesting things to take the front seat and study them instead. I love that because it shows me that your children are finding things that are interesting to them and that motivates them to learn some more.

What a great week! Love the science activities!

That is the littlest snake I have ever seen….totally awesome.

We have had allergies this week too, mostly ears and stuffiness. Crazy time for us to have allergies but it has been a weird summer season.
