Monday Morning Yoga and other notes

Tried doing a morning yoga session with the kids using: Yoga For Families: Connect With Your Kids.Checked it out from the library. Had trouble telling at first if she was running through the routine to let you know what you were going to be doing or if you were to start doing. Audio was muffl-y but once things got going it was good. Both kids followed along great. Was prolly too youngish for the 13yo but he humored us. ;)

Back: Siff and sore from C5k W1D1. Hoping yoga will help keep the muscles loose and the advil will keep the nerve inflammation down. Tomorrow hoping to try W1D2!
