On Again

Fell off the running wagon a bit (THAT time of the month seems to have that effect) but I’m trying to hop back on again. Thanks to a very supportive DH I was able to hit the treadmill last night and run 2.5 bringing me up to 9.5 for the month. Hmmm… not going to make my goal of 15/week. Least not this month.

I took it pretty easy and really just enjoyed the feeling of a comfortable run. Is that bad? Liking to run completely within your limits. Enjoying the fact that everything just feels… good.

Update… ran another 2.5 tonight. 12 miles total. Woot!
