The Night Is a Big Black Cat

The Night is a big black cat,
The Moon is her topaz eye,
The stars are the mice she hunts at night
In the field of the sultry sky.

We’ve been diligently doing our poetry unit study from Homeschool Share along with tea time. The kids are loving it and I am loving that.
